Waste collection and recycling

Our collection and processing service supports you in the responsible management of your waste, regardless of its type or volume. Through customized solutions, we ensure efficient sorting and optimal recycling in compliance with environmental standards.

Sorting properly is the first step towards effective waste recovery.
Our various recycling streams allow us to recycle each material according to its type and reuse potential.

Non-hazardous waste

We collect and receive a wide range of non-hazardous waste, primarily from the construction sector, industrial activities, local authorities, and private individuals.

All this waste is processed at our various sites, sorted, consolidated, transformed, and sent to recycling or material/energy recovery facilities, in accordance with our environmental commitment and current regulations.

Hazardous waste

We are authorized to collect and receive certain hazardous wastes, subject to regulatory compliance. Due to their chemical composition, these wastes pose risks to health and the environment. They must be handled with care and processed through specific channels.

Each hazardous waste item must be identified, labeled, stored, and transported according to ADR regulations. We assist you in bringing your waste streams into compliance, offering the option of providing suitable containers (drums, bins, IBCs, etc.) and validating the tracking of your waste tracking forms (BSD) via Trackdéchets.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment

We collect and receive professional WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) in accordance with current regulations. This waste, originating from equipment powered by electricity or electromagnetic fields, contains components that require decontamination and recycling.

All collected WEEE is sorted and then sent to our approved recycling channel for optimal recycling of metals, plastics, and electronic components.

Inert waste

We collect and receive inert waste, primarily from demolition, construction, and renovation sites.

The collected materials are screened, crushed, and processed into backfill material for reuse in public works projects, in line with a circular economy approach.

We provide dedicated skips and support our clients in the efficient management of their inert waste.

Forbidden waste

For reasons of safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection, the Rouvreau Group does not accept the following waste:

– Asbestos
– Gas cylinders / CO2 / nitrous oxide
– Infectious Medical Waste (DASRI)
– Explosive waste
– Radioactive waste (lightning rods, etc.)

This list (which is not exhaustive) reflects our commitment to ensuring safe working conditions for our teams and responsible management of the waste entrusted to us.

Your questions about
collection and recycling

What types of waste do you collect?

We collect the majority of waste generated by professional activities:
Non-hazardous waste (NHW): cardboard, plastics, wood, plaster, paper, polystyrene, fiberglass, rock wool…
Hazardous waste: batteries, aerosols, contaminated materials…
Metal waste: ferrous and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, stainless steel…).
Inert waste: rubble, concrete, tiles, ceramics…
Green waste and wood: stumps, branches, pallets, Class A timber, Class B timber…

Do I need to sort my waste before dropping it off at your place?

Sorting is not mandatory before your visit, but it is strongly recommended.
If your waste arrives already sorted, it will be directed to the correct recycling streams and will benefit from the most advantageous rates.
However, if you deposit a mixture of several waste categories, the entire batch will be counted as mixed waste, resulting in a higher cost, as our teams must then perform additional sorting on-site. Don’t hesitate to ask our staff for advice: we are here to help you optimize your waste disposal and reduce your costs.

Do I need to make an appointment to drop off the waste?

No, no appointment is necessary to drop off your waste.
You can come directly to our professional waste disposal center during opening hours.
For large or specific types of waste, however, you can contact us in advance so we can anticipate your arrival and ensure prompt service.

What documents are needed for waste disposal?

To dispose of your waste, certain documents are required:
For individuals:
Present a valid form of identification (identity card, driver’s license, passport, residence permit, resident card).
For businesses:
Present your SIRET number and your company’s address.
This information ensures traceability of your waste and accurate billing.
For disposing of photovoltaic panels:
Present the completed disposal form, which you can download from the “Non-Hazardous Waste” section under the Photovoltaic Panels image.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card, check and cash.
