Your questions about
dumpster transport and hire

Is a specific location required to place a skip?

Yes. The location must be:
Easily accessible for a delivery truck
Hard, stable, and clear ground (avoid soft ground or steep slopes)
Permitted by the municipality if the skip is placed on a public road (permit application to be submitted by the customer)

What are the delivery times for a skip?

In general, our teams ensure delivery:
– within 72 hours of receiving the order confirmation and deposit for individuals
– within 48 to 72 hours of receiving all documents for professionals

Can you fill the skip for me?

As a general rule, filling the skip is the responsibility of the client.
The Rouvreau Group provides:
Skip delivery and removal,
Skip collection,
Waste processing.
However, for certain sites or specific services, we can offer loading assistance with our teams and equipment (crane, forklift).
This service is quoted separately and depends on the type of waste, site accessibility, and the duration of the service.
Please feel free to contact our site services department to assess the best collection solution for your needs.

Can I mix different types of waste in the same skip?

We provide compartmentalized skips to prevent the mixing of different types of waste. Beyond ensuring optimal recycling, this allows you to avoid additional processing costs at our sites.
Proper sorting at the source allows you to:
Recover up to 90% of waste,
Reduce processing costs,
And comply with environmental regulations.
If you have any doubts, our teams can guide you towards the solution best suited to your waste and your site constraints.
However, please note that hazardous waste (batteries, paint, aerosols, contaminated materials, etc.) must be rigorously sorted and must not be mixed with so-called “non-hazardous” waste, otherwise collection will be refused.
